Terms and Conditions

RambleOS is a creator operating system for organizing source inputs, daily briefs, chats, memories, guided rambles, content packs, and SMS assistant workflows. You are responsible for your use of RambleOS and for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for any content, sources, phone numbers, accounts, or integrations you provide.

• - Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• - Provide accurate account, phone number, and setup information.
• - Use RambleOS only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, carrier rules, and third-party service terms.
• - Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to RambleOS or its infrastructure.

You retain ownership of content you submit to RambleOS. You grant RambleOS permission to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

RambleOS may generate drafts, summaries, recommendations, memories, briefs, and content packs from your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before relying on them or publishing them.

By verifying your phone number and choosing SMS delivery in RambleOS, you consent to receive recurring and event-based text messages from RambleOS. Messages may include verification codes, setup confirmations, daily brief notifications, relationship nudge questions, source alerts, content pack review links, and related assistant updates.

• - Message frequency varies based on your settings, activity, source alerts, and scheduled workflows. Daily brief users may receive recurring daily messages plus event-based alerts.
• - Message and data rates may apply.
• - Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
• - Reply HELP for help.
• - Reply STOP to opt out. You may also opt out with STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
• - After opting out, reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in.
• - Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

RambleOS may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, storage, messaging, AI processing, analytics, logs, and integrations. Your use of connected third-party services may also be governed by those providers' terms and policies.

RambleOS outputs are provided for productivity, organization, drafting, and informational purposes. RambleOS does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. You should use independent judgment and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of RambleOS, including features, integrations, and SMS workflows. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RambleOS after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

RambleOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RambleOS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

We may suspend or terminate access to RambleOS if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using RambleOS at any time.
