Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly and information needed to operate RambleOS, including:

• - Account information such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and workspace settings.
• - Phone number information used for verification, SMS delivery, opt-in status, opt-out status, and delivery records.
• - Content you add to RambleOS, including chats, rambles, memories, source settings, source imports, briefs, content packs, instructions, and feedback.
• - Integration and source data you choose to connect or provide so RambleOS can monitor, summarize, and organize your work.
• - Usage, log, device, browser, and diagnostic data used to secure the service, debug issues, measure reliability, and improve the product.

We use information to provide and improve RambleOS, including to:

• - Authenticate users and operate the RambleOS app.
• - Verify phone numbers and send requested SMS messages, including verification codes, setup confirmations, daily brief notifications, relationship nudge questions, source alerts, and content pack review links.
• - Generate, personalize, save, and retrieve briefs, memories, chats, rambles, source alerts, and content packs.
• - Maintain safety, prevent abuse, debug errors, monitor delivery, and protect the service.
• - Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.

RambleOS sends SMS messages only after a user verifies their phone number and chooses SMS delivery in account settings. Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Users can opt back in by replying START or UNSTOP.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in limited cases:

• - With service providers that help us operate RambleOS, such as hosting, authentication, database, storage, messaging, AI processing, analytics, logging, and infrastructure providers.
• - With integrations or external services that you choose to connect or instruct RambleOS to use.
• - When required by law, legal process, security obligations, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of RambleOS, users, or others.
• - In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Service providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to RambleOS and not for their own marketing.

RambleOS may process user content with AI providers and related infrastructure providers to generate briefs, summaries, replies, memories, content packs, source analysis, and other requested outputs. You should not submit information you are not authorized to process through RambleOS.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide RambleOS, maintain records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve reliability, and enforce agreements. SMS delivery records, opt-in records, and opt-out records may be retained to document consent and compliance.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

• - You can update account settings and connected sources in the app where those controls are available.
• - You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP or another supported opt-out keyword.
• - You can request account or data help by contacting RambleOS support.

RambleOS is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when required.
